• Long‑carry distances over 10 metres

• Stairs not declared at booking

• Garages, sheds, lofts, annexes, or storage units

• Hazardous items, perishables, pets

 

🚨 Important: One Van, One Trip, One Fixed Fee

• This service is designed for simple, local moves.

• If your belongings do not fit into one Luton van, or if access conditions are more complex than declared, additional charges may apply or the job may need to be upgraded to a tailored quote.

⚠️ Additional Work & Same‑Day Charges

To keep this service affordable, the fixed price applies only to the items and access conditions declared at booking.

If extra work is required on the day — such as:

• Undeclared furniture

• Extra boxes

• Stairs not mentioned

• Long‑carry distances

• Items not at ground level

• Additional van loads

• Delays caused by keys or customer readiness

 

A same‑day top‑up payment may be required before work continues.

This protects both you and us from unexpected costs.

📍 Distance & Travel

• First 20 miles included

• Additional miles charged at £1.20 per mile

• Parking fees, tolls, and congestion charges are the customer’s responsibility

 

 

🕒 Overtime Charges

If the move exceeds the allocated shift due to reasons outside our control:

£50 per hour per mover
(Payable on the same day)

🛡 Liability & Insurance

• Standard liability: £40 per item

• No liability for customer‑packed items

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photos
