What’s Included? ✅ Professional 1/2-Man Crew – Skilled movers to handle your belongings with care. ✅ Loading & Unloading – We do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. ✅ Secure Transport – Safe and reliable transportation of your items. ✅ Fixed Price – No Surprises! 💰 Fixed Price: £500 (Within 20 miles) 📍 Extra Distance Charge: £1.20 per mile beyond 20 miles What’s Not Included? ❌ Packing & Unpacking – All items must be packed and ready before our team arrives. ❌ Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly – Please ensure large furniture is dismantled in advance. ❌Garages, sheds, outside buildings, annexes, lofts, and storage units are not included in the fixed-price offering unless otherwise agreed in writing before the move. ❌ Overtime Charges – If delays extend beyond the standard 8-hour moving slot, an additional £50 per hour per crew member will apply. In addition a fee of £250 will be payable if the work is delayed beyond 6 pm. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Down Payment A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your moving date. The remaining balance be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. 2.Cancellations More than 7 days before the move Full refund of the deposit. 3 to 7 days before the move 50% of the deposit is refunded. Less than 48 hours before the move No refund of the deposit. 3. Fixed Pricing & Mileage The fixed price includes loading, transportation, and unloading within 20 miles of the pickup location. Moves beyond 20 miles will be charged at £1.20 per additional mile. Parking fees, tolls, and congestion charges (e.g., London Congestion Zone) are the responsibility of the customer. 4. Moving Crew & Overtime Policy Every move is carried out by a minimum crew of two professional movers. Our moving teams are scheduled for an 8-hour shift per job. If the move exceeds 8 hours due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., delays in receiving property keys, client delays, or additional unforeseen work), overtime charges of £50 per hour per crew member will apply. Overtime charges will be invoiced separately and must be settled on the same day of service completion. 5. Packing & Preparation Responsibilities Customers are responsible for packing their belongings before our team arrives. We do not provide packing or unpacking services under the fixed-price service unless arranged separately. 6. Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly: Customers must dismantle large furniture before our arrival. We do not assemble furniture at the new location unless agreed in advance. 7. Liability & Insurance We take utmost care with all items, but our standard liability covers damages up to £40 per item unless otherwise agreed in writing. Limited Liability Applies To: Any self-packed boxes or items (we are not responsible for damages to items we did not pack). Pre-existing damage to furniture or fragile items. Items not properly packed, secured, or labelled by the customer. Insurance Add-Ons: Customers can request additional insurance coverage at an extra cost. 8. Fixed Price Coverage Our fixed-price moving service applies strictly to the contents of the main house only. This includes all rooms within the property such as bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. Garages, sheds, outside buildings, annexes, lofts, and storage units are not included in the fixed-price offering unless otherwise agreed in writing before the move.
